Business Development Executive – PCD & Franchise Development

Reports To: Business Development Manager 


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) network and franchise opportunities across PAN India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing strong relationships with potential franchisees and PCD partners, promoting our brand, and increasing market reach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • PCD & Franchise Network Expansion: Identify and engage potential PCD partners and franchisees across India. Drive the growth of our PCD network and franchise business by reaching out to potential investors and partners.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities. Utilize various channels such as online platforms, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective partners. Present business proposals, and guide potential partners through the process to close deals successfully.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote and represent the company’s products, brand values, and franchise opportunities to potential partners. Highlight the benefits and advantages of becoming part of our network.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential franchisees and PCD partners. Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and market demands. Develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Training & Onboarding: Provide training and assistance to new franchisees and PCD partners, ensuring they understand business operations, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment in branding, marketing initiatives, and operational support for franchisees and PCD partners.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all leads, negotiations, deals, and partnerships. Provide regular updates and reports on business development progress to the Business Development Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise development (preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of PCD and franchise models and a clear understanding of how to expand these networks across India.
  • Ability to identify and target new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results and profitability.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel across India as required for business development activities.
  • A relevant degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires frequent travel across India for meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
  • Flexible working hours may be required based on client and partner needs.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
