We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to represent our range of cosmetic and personal care products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting and engaging with shopkeepers, retailers, and beauty store owners within their assigned area to increase sales and expand the reach of our brand


Key Responsibilities:

    • Field Visits & Sales Growth: Regularly visit shopkeepers, retailers, and beauty store owners in your assigned area to promote and sell our cosmetics and personal care products. Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Product Promotion & Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products. Educate clients on new product launches and promotions.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail clients to foster brand loyalty, drive repeat business, and encourage upselling.
    • Market Research & Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Inventory Management: Ensure consistent stock availability and product visibility on retail shelves by coordinating with shopkeepers to manage inventory levels.
    • Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback, track market conditions, and provide detailed reports on sales activities, customer needs, and product performance to the Sales Manager.
    • Training & Support: Provide product training and demonstrations to shopkeepers and retail staff to ensure proper product usage and effective selling techniques. Address customer concerns and product queries promptly and professionally.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction to build trust and long-term relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in retail sales or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the market and industry trends.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required.


Additional Skills:

  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Prior experience in field sales or direct customer interaction is a plus.


Working Conditions:

  • The position requires frequent travel within the assigned area, including visiting shops, markets, and retail outlets.
  • Flexible working hours, with some evening or weekend work as necessary.
