Sales Executive (PAN India)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to represent our range of cosmetic and personal care products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting shopkeepers, retailers, and beauty store owners within their assigned area, promoting our products, driving sales, and establishing long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Visits & Sales Growth: Regularly visit shopkeepers, retailers, and beauty store owners in your assigned area to promote and sell our cosmetics and personal care products. Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Product Promotion & Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products. Educate clients on new product launches and promotions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail clients to foster brand loyalty, drive repeat business, and encourage upselling.
  • Market Research & Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure consistent stock availability and product visibility on retail shelves by coordinating with shopkeepers to manage inventory levels.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback, track market conditions, and provide detailed reports on sales activities, customer needs, and product performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Training & Support: Provide product training and demonstrations to shopkeepers and retail staff to ensure proper product usage and effective selling techniques. Address customer concerns and product queries promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction to build trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or related FMCG products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry with an understanding of current beauty trends.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of retail market dynamics and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A valid driver’s license (if travel is required).

Additional Skills:

  • Customer service-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel within the assigned area, including visits to retail locations, beauty stores, and cosmetic outlets.
  • Flexible working hours, including evening or weekend work as needed to meet client needs.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
